Faye has been a part of the Berea Farmer’s Market since 2014, from interning with Susana Lein at Salamander Springs Farm, to then sharing her music at markets throughout the years. She originally hails from London, England, with a professional background in Community Engagement for tackling the Physical and Social Determinants of Health. She worked with the University of East London for nearly ten years on projects for community development, well-being research, teaching and strategic planning. She is a passionate volunteer, particularly for Ecotherapy focused projects. Since moving to Kentucky 4 years ago, she now focuses her time on Organic farming and community life. Faye worked as an organic produce and livestock farmer in the Bowling Green area. She has contributed to Beechbend Bowling Green and Nashville’s Donaldson Farmers Markets and numerous ‘local food’ focused events. Faye recently returned to Berea with her husband and son and is excited to be setting down roots among the Berea Community.
